First, check your tracking number for the latest carrier update. If your package is confirmed lost or hasn’t moved in over 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it for you.

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label. See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location and your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

We’re sorry about that. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

We offer designs for a growing list of US cities. If you don’t see your city, check out our Custom City Shirts option where you can request a specific city name, coordinates, or area code design.

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review all custom inputs carefully — city names, GPS coordinates, area codes — before completing checkout. We are not able to replace items due to customer input errors.
